1. Will the teachers pick my child up from school?
The teachers will pick the Primary 1 and Primary 2 students of the following schools:
– Greenridge Primary School (Bukit Panjang SCC)
– Teck Whye Primary School (Teck Whye SCC)
– Innova Primary School and Woodgrove Primary School (Woodlands SCC)
Primary 1 & 2 children from other schools must arrange for their own transportation to the centre where a Teacher-Mentor will be assigned to pick them up from the bus drop-off point.
2. What is the Teacher-Student Ratio for each class?
As per MSF regulations, we have a ratio of 1 teacher to 25 students.
3. Are there subsidies that I can apply for?

4. Is there a trial period before enrolling my child into the centre?
No. MSF Student Care Centres are not allowed to take in any children who are not officially enrolled in the centre.
5. Can I pay a pro-rated fee if my child only goes to the centre four times a week or less?
No, we do not pro-rate fees.
6. What if I am late to pick my child?
Our teachers will ensure that every child has gone home before leaving the centre. However, there will be a late fee of $5 for the first five minutes and $1 for every subsequent minute after the first five minutes.
7. What should I do if I would like to withdraw my child from the centre?
A one-month notice must be given along with a signed withdrawal form. Please note that all withdrawals will be done at the end of the following month (e.g. submitting the form on 23 March means your child’s last day at the centre will be 30 April).
